His son, "Ferdinand Leo Wirth III", Trey, as he is known, took over the business
at a very early age and became the mainstay chef of the Restaurant. Trey continued to improve his skills by going to culinary school, where he also studied the art of catering. Trey decided to expand his horizons, and in 2003 started Ferdie's
Enterprises Inc. located in Spring, Texas just north of Houston.
He has a successful
catering company called "Black Swan Catering" and is getting ready to open The
"Black Swan Restaurant" that will have a full service bar and new dining room
that will seat one hundred new clients. Trey, with the help of his mother Jaclyn Wirth, conceptual
designer, and Clyde B. Tobin, VP of Business Development & Public Relations
have spent countless hours putting their thoughts and ideas together to enable
them to become a reality.
The Company is presently discussing a reverse acquisition merger to attract
investors and capital funding for its Resort and Theme Park, Food Product Line,
and Theme Restaurants, that will carry the Ferdie's "Registered Trademark"
